Hello!

I’m Gina, Health Coach and mother to three energetic young boys.

I am privileged to be able to work with women to help them feel great. I understand what it's like to feel stressed, overwhelmed and not sure which way to turn. I'm here to provide support and walk the journey to better health with you. Get clear on what nutritional changes to make, reduce the overwhelm and discover yourself again.

My move into health coaching began after pregnancy and having young children, I became more and more interested not only in the impact food has on our bodies and overall wellbeing but the rituals and norms we teach our children as a society, which they internalise and take with them into adulthood. This connection between Psychology and Nutrition is what inspired me to train to become a Health Coach, which I absolutely love.

Helping clients to shift perspectives and create new habits, empowering them to lead happier healthier lives is amazing.  I feel so lucky to be a part of each person's wellness journey.

Services

Group Programmes

  • Weekly sessions in small groups, maximum of 10 people

  • Runs over 8 weeks

  • Daytime and evening sessions available

Individual Programmes

  • Weekly one on one sessions 

  • 6, 8 and 12 week programmes available

  • Daytime sessions available

Before we started working together I had bad eating habits, was very lethargic and struggled to find the energy for exercise. I thought this was a normal way to feel. This programme has been eye opening and challenging on a personal level. I have achieved healthier eating and I find more time for myself. Now I have enough energy to get through the day. I would recommend taking this step, have an open mind to the fact that sometimes we need help.
