Gina is a certified Health Coach with a BSocSc(Hons) in Psychology specialising in stress management.
​
Having lived in the UK, the USA, South Africa, New Zealand and Australia, Gina has developed extensive experience working with people from diverse cultures and health perspectives.
​
Her approach is grounded in behaviour change, supporting clients’ emotional wellbeing whilst helping them overcome obstacles. Gina provides a warm, supportive partnership to guide clients on their journey to better health.
