Hello!

I’m Gina, Health Coach and mother to three energetic young boys.

I am privileged to be able to work with women to help them feel great. I understand what it's like to feel stressed, overwhelmed and not sure which way to turn.

 

I'm here to provide support and walk the journey to better health with you. Get clear on what nutritional changes to make, reduce the overwhelm and discover yourself again.

My move into health coaching began after pregnancy and having young children, I became more and more interested not only in the impact food has on our bodies and overall wellbeing but the rituals and norms we teach our children as a society, which they internalise and take with them into adulthood. This connection between Psychology and Nutrition is what inspired me to train to become a Health Coach, which I absolutely love.

My personalised approach combines evidence-based nutrition, mindset coaching, and practical time-management strategies specifically designed for busy women.

Before we started working together I had bad eating habits, was very lethargic and struggled to find the energy for exercise. I thought this was a normal way to feel.
